The Statistical Office in Kielce undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. - some of the published infographics do not include an alternative or alternative data version,
- some of the published photos do not have an alternative description, however, they are not used for the implementation of current tasks,
- there are available links whose title is the same as the content of the link,
- some fields in the forms are not correctly labeled,
- there are tables presenting data without titles and summaries,
- some tables presenting data do not have properly defined headers connected to the data,
- some elements in the service are not available using the keyboard and do not have an available alternative,
- keyboard navigation on some subpages does not take place in a logical order in relation to the content of the page,
- Headings on some pages are not assigned to the appropriate elements and in the correct order, there are empty headings
- For some page elements, the contrast of the text to the background is not at least 4.5:1, but the page has alternate contrasts,
- There is fully justified text.
The Statistical Office in Kielce reviews and updates the content of the website on an ongoing basis. Complies with WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. Information on the procedure
Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a designated element of the website. You can also request information through an alternative means of access, such as reading a digitally inaccessible document or describing the content of a movie without audio description. The request should contain the data of the person submitting the request, an indication of which website it is and the method of contact. If the requestor requests information by an alternative means of access, he or she shall also specify a convenient way to present that information.
The Statistical Office in Kielce will execute the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of submitting the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the Statistical Office in Kielce will immediately inform the requestor when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but this deadline will not be longer than 2 months from the date of submitting the request. If digital accessibility is not possible, the Statistical Office in Kielce will propose an alternative way of accessing information.
In the event that the Statistical Office in Kielce refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative means of access to information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint regarding the ensuring the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website.

Architectural accessibility

There is one main entrance to the building from the 2 Zygmunta Wróblewskiego Street. The building consists of four floors. Communication routes (stairs and corridors) have been adapted for people with visual impairments.
The main hall, located on the high ground floor, is accessible from the outside by stairs. On the right side of the stairs there is a lift with the service of an assistant. The access to the building is paved with lowered curbs.
The information desk is located to the right of the main entrance, with a lowered window.
The building of the Office is to a large extent adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. All customer service rooms are located on the high ground floor.
The office has a toilet for the disabled. To use it, you need to get to the low ground floor of the building, where on the left side of the door there is a toilet for people with disabilities. The toilet is equipped with a changing table for children.
There is one designated parking space for disabled people in front of the building.
During a visit to the Office, it is possible to use the services of a Polish sign language video interpreter. The service is available on Mondays from 08:00 to 18:00 and from Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
You can enter the building and all rooms where customer service takes place with an assistance dog and a guide dog. In one customer service room (in the Informatorium) there is a convenience in the form of an induction loop. The position for clients is adapted to people with disabilities.
There are no Braille descriptions, Totupoint markers, contrast markings or enlarged print for the blind and visually impaired in the building.

The branch office is located on the first floor of a building owned by the Guild of Craftsmen and Entrepreneurs.
The building in which the Branch of the Statistical Office in Kielce is located is not adapted to the needs of people with mobility disabilities (stairs, no ramps, no elevator) and for the blind and visually impaired (there are no Brailledescriptions, Totupoint markers, contrast markings or enlarged printing in the building).
