The current edition has been developed in a new form. Statistical tables were supplemented with maps and charts, which enriched the substantive content of the Yearbook. Moreover, the use of a graphical form of presentation of statistical data allows for easier understanding of statistical information and the spatial relations of phenomena represented by it. Thanks to this, the Yearbook visualizes the phenomena and gives the publication an illustrative character, while retaining its informative and cognitive function.
The Yearbook includes information characterising demographic situation, living conditions of the society and the state of the economy of the voivodship. Detailed statistical data have been grouped into 22 thematic sections. In the current edition, the “Forestry and hunting” section has been separated.
The Yearbook ends with two review tables containing major data on the voivodship in 2000, 2010, 2015 and 2019 as well as selected information about the voivodship on the background of the country in 2019.
